Fall Fun

We found an orchard where we could pick our own apples. It reminded me of living in WA when the kids were babies and we would go pick all kinds of fruit in season. Back then it took hours to fill a box, between playing in the dirt and eating every second or third piece of fruit they picked. This time it only took about 15 minutes to fill the box, even with Aaron's quest to find the perfect apple (I'm not really sure what his criteria was). It was a fun fall family activity I'm sure we'll be repeating.

Factory Tours

Apparently York County is the Factory Tour Capitol of the World, so we have been touring.

So far we've been to the UTZ Potato Chip Factory, the Snyder's Pretzel Factory and the Wolfgang Chocolate Factory.

Gettysburg

We did the CD Auto Tour of the battlefield.

It was a beautiful day and we stopped and got out at every site on the map.

It took us about 4 hours but we learned so much and had a great time as well.

Gettysburg

We visited the Gettysburg Visitors Center and Museum.
We spent several hours in the museum but the Cyclorama was the highlight, it is truly amazing.
