I am so sad to have discovered lapbooks so late in our homeschool journey. I love making them for holidays and small projects, they're so much more creative and meaningful than a stack of worksheets stapled together!
With this crazy weather we've been having I'm so thankful that our books are all unpacked now and that we have internet! We didn't need to go out to the library, we had our own little history section where we found books about Washington and Lincoln and we added a few interesting links to our History/Civics Activities section on this blog.
